The 85-year-old filed the suit through Messrs Wan Marican, Hamzah & Shaik at the High Court registry on Jan 31.
She has filed suit against her two grandchildren for not disclosing they are the trustees of their father’s estate, said to be worth RM1.3bil.
Aminah claimed her two grandchildren failed to state the value of each of the three shares worth RM1,384,312,154 two years and six months after her son’s death and failed to give information relating to the estate before she appointed a syarie counsel to act for her.
The defendants were also said to have failed to include an apartment in the United States, worth RM10mil, in the list of assets that was attached to the letters of administration.
Jamaluddin was killed in a helicopter crash on April 4, 2015.
